Ghandruk is in Annapurna Rural Municipality, Kaski district, Gandaki Province, Nepal and it is situated 32km northwest of Pokhara, the most popular city in Nepal, readily accessible by vehicles and public transportation within 3 to 4 hours drive from Pokhara.
Ghandruk Village is located at 2011m/ 6600ft altitude and lies on the most popular trekking routes to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). This village is inhabited by a mid-hill tribe popularly known as Gurung and embellished with stone cladded houses, stone-paved trails, and courtyards.

Ghandruk offers spectacular mountain views of Annapurna Peaks and splendid sunrise. Travelers could have a unique opportunity to aquatint with the local culture and the tradition of Gurung community. There are lots to explore.
